We counsel clients on purchases and sales, like-kind exchanges, development, planning and zoning, site planning, construction, leasing, property management, and real estate financing. We support our clients in acquisition due diligence activities, including review of environmental impact reports, recorded impairments, restrictive covenants and conditions, and tenant leases.
